New deps for aosp main branch have only main branch and not release tag.
So specify a commit id to freeze version we use.

These projects are required in order to build ti-android-15. Since we maintain
ti-android-14 as well, keep most projects common to both Android releases.

Once we drop android-14 support, we can migrate all branches.

Revert this merge to update to UQ1A.240205.004.B1 instead.
