am62x: rgx_um: remove img thermal service

Right now, the thermal HAL is not reporting any values:

E ThermalHalWrapper: Couldn't get temperatures because of HAL error: Failed to read temperature data

The img thermal service is replaced in favor of an open-source, public thermal library developed for TI. The new thermal hal is located in hardware/ti/am62x/thermal.

Remove all thermal related img files.
