thermal: initial am62x implementation
For now, we support the following thermal zones:
- main0-thermal: aggregation temperature for the 4 CPUs
- main1-thermal: close to DDR
This codebase is based on an internal BayLibre tree and has been used in production on other AOSP-based products for a year now.
