default: use 4.1.0 tag for optee_os in Android
commit 35d43038 ("bootloaders: uprev atf, optee-os to TI specific commit") did the changes for the bootloaders, but not for the Android part.
To avoid adding a TI remote, use the upstream sha-1 instead of the TI-specific tag.
