Historically, we have been using a ti mirror for the Trusted-Firmware-A project. This is because TI did not want a manifest for fetching the bootloaders. With release 10.1 and onwards, we will be able to fetch the bootloaders via a dedicated manifest. Therefore, no reason to use the ti-mirror for this project. Remove it and use the upstream mirror instead. The AP2A (QPR2) release is causing us too much issues: new lunch targets, different CTS/VTS behaviour, 4k playback regression, ... Revert this merge to update to UQ1A.240205.004.B1 instead. For the SDK 10.0 release, we have been requested to maintain 2 versions of bootloaders: 1. U-Boot 2023.04: the stable release, can be fetched with bootloaders.xml 2. U-Boot 2024.04: the next release, can be fetched with bootloaders-next.xml Add a new manifest for U-Boot 2024.04 so that users can try it out and experiment with the new bootmeth_android bootflow.
