This fixes the 2 following VTS issues:

All the projects we work on are public.
There is no reason to require ssh authentication when fetching the projects.

Move to https:// for the baylibre remote.

Historically, we have been using a ti mirror for the
Trusted-Firmware-A project.

This is because TI did not want a manifest for fetching the bootloaders.

With release 10.1 and onwards, we will be able to fetch the bootloaders via a
dedicated manifest.
Therefore, no reason to use the ti-mirror for this project.

Remove it and use the upstream mirror instead.

Use the same version as TI's yocto release [1]

These projects are required in order to build ti-android-15. Since we maintain
ti-android-14 as well, keep most projects common to both Android releases.

Once we drop android-14 support, we can migrate all branches.

- 2023.04
- 2024.04

Now that the SDK 10.0 release is out, remove the 2023.04 U-Boot
and use 2024.04 by default.

The AP2A (QPR2) release is causing us too much issues:
new lunch targets, different CTS/VTS behaviour,
4k playback regression, ...

Revert this merge to update to UQ1A.240205.004.B1 instead.
This is done in 2 steps:
1. Revert back to android-14.0.0_r19
2. Update to android-14.0.0_r27
