Support init_boot partition in Android bootmeth + enable on TI boards
The bootstd patch is a cherry-pick from RITA: baylibre/mediatek/bsp/u-boot@38055024
(we are awaiting @JulienMasson to upstream it)
The second patch is TI specific and cannot be upstreamed without the first one being send.
