Migration requested to merge glaroque/kernel-update into integ/ti-android-5.10.y
  • align with android13.5.10 branch and with ti-kernel from public git.
  • apply VKMS patch to fix runtime issue
  • apply fromlist usb patch for AM62x
  • update defconfig for TI android (enable VKMS, ZRAM,...)
