am62x: firmware: fix ti-sysfw stub name

Actually file was copying in vendor/firmware/ti-sysfw/ with name ti-fs-stub-firmware-am62x-gp-signed instead of ti-fs-stub-firmware-am62x-gp-signed.bin

So on boot when we go in suspend ti-sci driver not found firmware.

Fix it to have good filename.
