bootloaders: add clone-depth="1" for ti-hosted projects

We don't really care for the git history of both atf and ti-linux-firmware. Fetching it by default is a waste of disk and network resources.

Pass clone-depth="1" for these projects.

Also remove deprecated kernel-5.10.xml file
