bootloaders: update TI part

Migration requested to merge glaroque/update-fw into ti-android-12

update TI firmware and script:

  • processor-firmware/ti-linux-firmware : 3ca7653a40f126b2ca8b0fdc29f0332f95cd135b ti-dm: Update firmware to 08.04.01.05
  • k3-image-gen : 211b77351e7783e5d4d995605c13400f0ddd15c8 Makefile: Update firmware for am62xx and am64xx
