graphics: add support of software rendering vs GPU and several clean-up

This PR containts the following changes:

  • move screen features to display folder
  • remove android.software.autofill.xml
  • move drm|hwc to display folder
  • add support of software rendering vs GPU

With these changes we are able to boot to UI for i700 EVK with scrcpy.
