treewide: do not use VENDOR_UEVENTD_FILES
VENDOR_UEVENTD_FILES is deprecated on Android 14, the ueventd.rc file generated is not present in the vendor filesystem anymore.
We don't need to have this feature, instead each board is responsible to copy the ueventd.rc at the right place in vendor out.
