Felix Freimann requested to merge ffreimann/CtsWindowManagerDeviceTestCases into mtk-android-12

Disable secondary display to resolve CTS failures in CtsWindowManagerDeviceTestCases.

A secondary display is normally not supported for these devices. Hence, remove it from device-common.mk and add it to device specific makefiles if required.
