Support mt8365 EVK and mt8390 EVK on mtk-v2024.10

Main changes compared to mtk-v2023.10:

• use OF_UPSTREAM dts|dt-bindings
• new *-u-boot.dtsi to patch upstream dts|dt-bindings
• use BOOTSTD instead of env script (Android bootmeth)
• use *.env instead of *.h
• fix mt8365|mt8188 clocks

Notes: mtk-v2024.10 doesn't contain yet necessary changes to have display support for mt8365.
