ANDROID: MTK: mtk_android_defconfig: CONFIG_BATTERY_BQ27XXX=m

Riadh Ghaddab requested to merge rghaddab/enable-bq27xxx into mtk-android12-5.10

Enable the support of bq27xxx family of fuel gauge this will generate two out of tree modules : bq27xxx_battery_i2c.ko and bq27xxx_battery.ko
