ANDROID: MTK: build: restricted: generate binaries in vendor

Julien Masson requested to merge jmasson/kernel-restricted into mtk-android12-5.10

The kernel restricted binaries are now placed under: vendor/mediatek/kernel-restricted-binaries

The function install_restricted_modules has been updated to copy these binaries at the right location.
