build.config: update KERNEL_DIR

Vitor Sato Eschholz requested to merge vsatoes/fix-kernel_dir into mtk-android14-5.10

Previously KERNEL_DIR variable was being specified in customer configurations. Since external customer project were removed define KERNEL_DIR in default configuration.
