Port some upstream fixes from U-Boot master

Mattijs Korpershoek requested to merge mkorpershoek/upstream-backports into integ/ti-u-boot-2024.04

Done with the fromupstream.py script.

Build tested for all variants and did the following:

  • Boot tested AM62P
  • Tested snagrecover on AM62P
  • Tested flashing AM62P with the new bootloaders
