audio: alsa: specify the soundcard by its name

Nicolas Belin requested to merge nbelin/soundcard-name into ti-android-15

Specify the soundcard we want to use for the primary mixer using its name instead of its id. This avoids issues where the id changes, for example, when an USB audio device is plugged at boot time and gets the id 0 that should have been given to the internal soundcard.
