Add dts for Genio 510 EVK

I compared the mt8370.dtsi and mt8188.dtsi from mediatek's linux tree and only the number of core and core clocks changes.

I also compared genio-510-evk.dts and genio-700-evk.dts and there was almost no changes (small GPIOs changes here and there, different nodes name, ...) but none concerning nodes that we have in our version of this dts mt8390-genio-700-evk.dts
